Shipping and payment
Shipping
We offer worldwide delivery of our products.
Delivery is carried out by the Austrian postal service (Österreichische Post AG).
Normally the delivery in Austria takes about 7 working days after your order. For international parcels the delivery time is about 2-5 weeks (depends on your region).
Shipping rate
Our shipping flat rate per order is:
- 5 EUR to Austria
- 15 EUR to the European Union, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- 20 EUR to all other countries all over the world
Special Promotion: no shipping costs for order totals 20+ EUR
If your total purchase exceeds € 20.00, shipping will be free of charge now for a limited time.
Payment
In the Official Sisi Shop you can pay by credit card.
During the checkout process you will be forwarded to a secure payment site by wirecard where you have to insert your credit card information.
You pay online for all your ordered products incl. shipping rates. Afterwards you just need to wait for your delivery.
